Minutes
Present: Board members Asmus, Bruce, Carpenter, Carter, Chamberlin, Fleischer; Administrators Gersen, Williams; and no members of the public.
1. Call to order
Chair Asmus called the meeting to order at 12:35 p.m.
2. Nonpublic session
John Chamberlin moved and Chip Fleischer seconded a motion to enter nonpublic session in accordance with RSA 91-A:3 for discussion of personnel matters at 12:35 p.m. The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote.
3. Return to public session
The Board returned to public session at 12:50 p.m.
4. Business requiring action:
a. Nomination
Nancy Carter moved and John Chamberlin seconded a motion to elect Robert J. Stone as a teacher for one (1) year only, at track 4, step 8, salary $55,997, for the 2007-2008 school year. The motion passed unanimously.
5. Adjournment
Robin Carpenter moved and John Chamberlin seconded a motion to adjourn at 12:52 p.m. The motion passed unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 12:52 p.m.
